HMS DISC TYPE PNEUMATIC PRECISION SEEDING MACHINES ensure the precise planting of all types of seeds at the desired seeding intervals and row spacing. They can be manufactured in 4, 6, or 8 rows upon request. The seedbed in the planting units is created using a disk. Each planting unit features two specially designed disks. The disk type of the planting units and the cutting disks that can be attached to the front of the chassis allow the machine to operate in fields with processed or semi-processed straw residues. The movement from the wheels is transmitted to the planting units via a shaft mechanism, enabling precise seeding at row spacings. Depth adjustment can be made precisely in all soil conditions using the rubber wheels on both sides of the planting units. Seeds are compressed using V-shaped press wheels located behind the seed unit. The pressure and angle of the rear press wheel can be adjusted via a spring. V-shaped press wheels prevent the formation of a crust in the soil. Disk-type planting units allow for early-season planting. Pneumatic seed drills with disk feet are suitable for ridge planting and do not disturb the ridges. Since the seedbed is opened by rotating disks, it does not harden, is suitable for plant growth, and does not overload the tractor. Units can easily switch between road and work modes as needed. Various accessories can be mounted according to preference. The machine provides time savings and high efficiency with its high working speed and excellent performance.

Our machine produced without fertilizer only has the seed planting feature. Customers who apply fertilizer to the field with a separate fertilizer spreader prefer the non-fertilizer model.
